You're invited to the Unblock Party, an event in support of opening the gates that have divided our Mid-City neighborhood for over 20 years.

About the Country Club Park Gates:

• We're gathering at the Country Club Park gates to highlight how unpermitted fences blocking the street and sidewalk have divided our neighborhood since 1999.
• These gates cause daily problems for children, people with disabilities, and the elderly just trying to get to their bus stop.
• They delay emergency vehicles and block street sweepers.
• They divide our streets and create an un-neighborly atmosphere, blocking public roads and obstructing our community.
• We think the city should open them up!
